What is HCG?

The HCG weight loss is stimulated by the hormone’s effect on the hypothalamus. When Phase 2 starts, you can expect to lose 1-2  pounds a day. You can continue until you reach your desired weight. If you need to go beyond 40 days, take a 3 week break, then start again with the protocol.
